Cold Forging
Net and near-net shape forging with enhanced surface finish and dimensional accuracy for high-volume production.
Overview
Cold forging lets us hold tight dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish straight off the press — reducing machining allowances and material waste. Near-net and coined parts run on our own knuckle joint press; cold-headed and extruded blanks come from qualified partners under our supplier-quality system, then are machined, finished and inspected in-house, so you still deal with one supplier.
