Machined parts fitted, pressed, fastened and recorded into finished sub-assemblies — one part number to your line instead of a kit.
Overview
Many parts we machine are only half the job. Our assembly bench fits bearings, bushes, dowels and threaded inserts, fastens to a controlled torque and records it, and builds the result on our own assembly fixtures. What ships is a finished, inspected sub-assembly or mechanical box-build, kitted, labelled and packed to your specification. Mechanical assembly only: we do not populate PCBs or build wiring.
