Test and assembly fixtures and machined mechanical content for electronics — metals and engineering polymers, delivered assembled.
Overview
We build the fixtures an electronics line runs on. OTA and functional test fixtures, assembly and inspection jigs, and the machined mechanical content around them — cut in aluminium and in engineering polymers such as Ultem, then assembled with guide posts, clamps and inserts so one part number leaves our works instead of a kit of parts. We do not populate PCBs; we are the mechanical vendor inside your programme.
